Hemant Soren  was released on bail in a money laundering case on June 28 and after release  MLAs from the JMM-led alliance unanimously elected Mr. Hemant Soren as a new leader Mr. Soren is set to return as the 13th Chief Minister of the state. In an alleged land scam case, Mr. Soren was sent to jail in January this year, after which he resigned from the post of Chief Minister of the State.
